We are looking for a brand manager to help us take our work, our client relationships, and our inclusive culture to the next level. The ideal candidate will have zero to three years of experience. In this fast-paced and exciting role, you will gain valuable experience working alongside senior-level managers - including principals, creative directors, brand strategy directors, and production managers - on internal and client-facing assignments.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support all disciplines on key accounts in planning, executing, and optimizing branding and communications programs
- Collaborate with brand planning, digital and social strategy, media, creative, and production within the agency and with partner agencies
- Report directly to team leaders to ensure the seamless delivery of ongoing marketing and advertising assets and to provide internal account management (such as meeting schedules, billing, status reports, and talent management)
- Use client service skills as you engage directly with clients to build strong relationships and deliver all program elements with excellence
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and passion for clients' businesses
- Proactively lead all work, not just completing requested assignments but also seeking new opportunities to advance the business
