Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize complex calendars and travel arrangements for executives
Act as the primary point of contact for the President, CFO, and VP of HR
Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in an executive assistant role supporting C-level executives
Experience managing and leading a team of administrative professionals
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
