We are seeking an individual who is reliable and career-oriented to join our growing company.
As a Validation Engineer specializing in automotive chemicals (coating, painting and chroming), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate the design, functionality, and durability of exterior components, focusing on metal and plastic materials.
Responsibilities include :
- Lead the customer audit with various customers
- Lead the Chroming and Painting technical report with OEMS
- Responsible for solving technical issues related to Chroming and painting process
- Lead the investigation, analysis, and improvement for the NG (Not Good) testing items, providing effective root cause analysis, and along with action plans.
- Lead the analysis of warranty issues, formulate action plans, implement them and close the issue on time.
- Establish the Validation Plan for Chroming and Painting projects.
To qualify for this role you must meet the following :
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.3 + years proven experience as a Validation Engineer in the automotive industry, focusing on chemical components.Experience in anodizing, chroming, or painting process is highly desiredStrong familiarity with OEM test standards and typical manufacturing processes for metal or plastic materials.Key To Being Successful In This Role
