Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Sales Team, where you'll play a vital role in growing and supporting our customer base. The CSR will be key to delivering outstanding customer service while contributing to our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, preferably in a technical or industrial setting, and be a detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver dedicated to delivering high-quality support, driving customer satisfaction, and building long-term loyalty. - Process customer quotes, purchase orders, RMAs, and related tasks efficiently and accurately. - Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates to customers. - Identify and prioritize issues, coordinating with engineering, production, and other departments to ensure timely solutions. - Maintain a strong follow-up system and handle scheduled callbacks. - Assist outside sales representatives with quotations, proposals, and customer inquiries. - Document and communicate customer interactions in the company database. - Proactively promote products and services through various channels and share opportunities with the sales team. - Support the RMA process and address customer concerns to ensure complete satisfaction. - Inbound calls - 30-40 calls a day. Could be less or could be more based on day - Handling online chats daily - not very many but they have a chat line - Order Entry - 5-20 orders a day with 2-10 line items on avg - Supporting all product lines - over 1K SKEWS, 100's of parts. - Handling quotes for customers and providing them a rough quote with no PO's - Managed details on taxes for quoting and orders that need to be applied

Must Haves : - 1+ year of customer service / order entry from the C&IP industry - CRM / ERP skills - data entry skills or order entry Nice Haves : - Electronics industry experience (either hands on or order entry) - Previous experience with quoting orders Soft Skills : - Attention to detail for order entry and quoting - Ability to multitask - Independent worker - can work without direction
Entry Level
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
