Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial analysis, including review of assets, liabilities, and payroll data.
• Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts and general ledger entries during month-end close.
• Track program-specific expenses, revenues, and funding streams.
• Maintain detailed and compliant financial records in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist Accounting Manager, Controller, and other departments with financial reporting and decision support.
• Support day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and expense management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and enhance internal controls.
