Candidate Profile

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .

Active Bar Admission in Illinois .

3+ years of substantive civil litigation experience, including commercial , professional liability , products liability , insurance defense / coverage , class actions , torts , breach of contract / warranty , and / or personal injury .

• Labor & employment experience is advantageous .

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a large, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complex commercial litigation matters across various practice areas.

Manage cases from inception through resolution , including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.

Provide strategic counsel to clients on risk mitigation and dispute resolution .

Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.

Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.
