Key Responsibilities
Achieves new business production and profit objectives by managing agents in the assigned territory
Increases the percentage of producing agents through training and process improvements
Solicits new agencies and evaluates their potential for quality business, recommending qualified agencies for appointment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
3 or more years of relevant experience preferred
Bilingual proficiency is required
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
