We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to :

• Provide administrative support to the Youth Community Services team
• Coordinate schedules, communicate with clients, and manage records
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and maintain schedules, records, and reports

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns

Coordinate communication between team members, clients, and external agencies

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations

Education, Experience, and / or Credential Qualifications :

Education and experience in the field of human services, office management, or related field preferred

Additional Qualifications :

Strong skills working with Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to effectively communicate with diverse workforce

Highly detail-oriented and skilled in accuracy

Ability to work with information in a confidential manner

Physical Requirements :

ADA Consideration - Sedentary work : Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and / or writing during work shift. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
