Location : Cherry Hill NJ

Employment Type : Full Time, In Person, Non-exempt

Hourly Rate : $18.95 / hr- $24.27 / h

Position Summary :

Provides receptionist services to guests entering OneBancroft, and provides various clerical and general administrative support services to the Executive Assistants and other departments as appropriate. Exercises independent judgment in the resolution of administrative problems.

Responsibilities

Serves as the first point of contact for all incoming visitors and employees to OneBancroft. Greeting visitors, receiving packages, routing phone calls and taking messages. Communicates the needs of walk-ins to the appropriate OneBancroft team member. Ensures visitors and guests to OneBancroft sign in to log book, attain a visitor badge, and are escorted through the building by a Bancroft employee. Ensures materials, furniture, etc. in the front lobby are neat and organized.

  • Arranges FedEx pick-ups, and receives all mail and / or packages for mailroom distribution.
  • Completes various routine administrative clerical duties with minimal supervision. These duties include but are not limited to preparing correspondence, email, answering phones, etc.. Assists with ad hoc clerical and administrative support duties as requested by the Executive Assistants and members of other departments as approved by supervisor.
  • Responsible for maintaining and overseeing the Corporate Lending Libraries at OneB.
  • Assist in Tier 2 training by helping attendees clock in and guide to assigned conference rooms.
  • Responsible for ordering and disbursement of office supplies at OneB.
  • Posting Conference Room calendars and ensuring rooms are set up at the end of each day.
  • Provide oversight for mailroom duties and serve as back up when the mail clerk is out to include follow up on updating the mail database.
  • Maintain and update the Corporate Departments / ONEBancroft Team List as needed or a minimum of monthly.

Qualifications

Education :

High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience :

Prior experience handling administrative clerical activities in an office setting preferred. Minimum of 2 years administrative / clerical experience required.

Special Skills :

Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required. Effective organization, prioritization, and time management skills required, as well as the ability to influence and negotiate with both internal and external contacts. Familiarity with computer operations and associated software preferred. Operative knowledge of a human resources management system for data maintenance, report generation, etc., also preferred. Valid driver's license required in incumbent's legal name and current address with no provisional restrictions. Minimum 18 years of age required.
