The salary range for this position is $110,000.00 -$130.000.00 depending on experience, with bonus opportunity.

This is how you WOW :

• Perform Project Management responsibilities on NPD projects as assigned, working with the team members to assure project success. This management is to begin at the assigning of the New Product Development Team, and is to continue through the state of production on the last of the model variations, including the closing of the Project File and the documenting of all "Lessons Learned" activities
• Assures the correct use of applicable New Product Development tools, including QFD type activities, FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), DFMA (Design for Manufacturability), and testing
• Balances the requirements of Marketing (Business viewpoint), Engineering (Technical viewpoint), and Industrial Design (Customer viewpoint), resolving conflicts between these different views when required
• Manages the project schedule, project cost, and project specifications, optimizing the production of the right product, at the right time, for the right price
• Works closely with the team members representing the various disciplines on the New Product Development teams, conducts regular team meetings, and reports team progress to management on a regular basis
• Provides project management assistance to other small projects as assigned
• Assists with the evaluation of various department staff and resources as made possible through working with the staff and resources on the NPD teams
• Assists with the evaluation and improvement of related department processes, leading to continuous improvement within the department
• Monitors and improve department processes, and works with other managers to monitor and improve engineering processes across the organization
