About the Role : As a CNC Machinist at MES, you'll play a crucial role in operating CNC Mills to produce precision components. You'll work closely with our CNC Leader, Programmers, Die Makers, and Die repair team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our machining processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Set up, program, and operate CNC Mills, including setup workpiece, loading programs, and inspecting component size and fit.Maintain CNC equipment and recommend tool and equipment purchases to optimize performance.Analyze blueprints and CAD data to determine programming sequences and make calculations for efficient cutting.Write and modify programs using software applications such as MasterCam to increase efficiency.Monitor programs to ensure they follow blueprint instructions and safely complete tasks.Participate in continuous improvement activities and adhere to safety regulations and company policies.Requirements :
High school education required. Additional courses in drafting, blueprint reading, and CAD / CAM software applications are a plus.Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a CNC Machinist required. Working knowledge of OKK mills and MasterCam programming software is a plus.Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and perform all general duties of a CNC Machinist.Ready to Apply?
