Position Overview
The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional mannerManage incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-upsPerform general office duties including scanning, filing, and data entryMaintain accurate records and organize client / staff documentationAssist with scheduling and calendar management as neededProvide support to management and staff with administrative tasksGreet visitors and provide excellent customer serviceQualifications
Previous office or administrative experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyProfessional demeanor and reliability are essentialWhy Join Us?
