Our client is seeking a temporary Facilities Coordinator to support their team and contribute to a high-visibility corporate account!

About the Job :

  • Assist with managing the maintenance system and ensure upkeep of work orders.
  • Support process-oriented tasks such as site closures, walkthroughs, and turnovers.
  • Track and monitor utility sites and storm events.
  • Act as a liaison to support services.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

About You :

  • 2+ years of facilities and client-facing experience are required.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred; A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong MS Office Suite and Google Suite skills.
  • Customer service oriented with high professionalism.

    • About the Position :

  • $20 / hr-$21 / hr, depending on experience.
  • Converts to a salary of up to $55k if permanent.
  • Hours are 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm.
  • Hybrid with 3 days / week on site in Richmond, VA.
