In this role, you will take ownership of designing, scaling, and securing a global endpoint management ecosystem, ensuring a seamless and secure employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. You will work closely with IT Operations and Security teams to deliver automated, reliable, and compliant solutions that keep the workforce productive. Your work will directly impact system performance, device reliability, and overall operational efficiency. The role requires strong technical expertise in endpoint management, scripting, and cloud-based IT systems, along with the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Collaboration, automation, and innovation are key, and you will help shape processes that support employees across all locations.
Accountabilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management solutions (e.g., Jamf Pro, Intune) for macOS and iOS devices at scale.
- Own zero-touch deployment workflows to enable smooth onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage the full device lifecycle : procurement, configuration, patching, monitoring, and decommissioning.
- Build and maintain automation scripts and workflows (Python, Bash, PowerShell, APIs) to reduce manual processes.
- Integrate identity and access management platforms with endpoint tools to ensure compliance and security.
- Define and enforce security baselines, patch management, and compliance controls across all endpoints.
- Collaborate with IT Operations, Security, HR, and Engineering teams on device and access workflows.
- Provide Tier 3 support for escalations and serve as a subject-matter expert in endpoint management.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, client platform engineering, or related IT systems engineering roles.Strong experience with Jamf Pro and Intune administration at enterprise or global scale (1k+ users preferred).Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Familiarity with configuration management frameworks (Chef, Puppet, Ansible) is a plus.Solid understanding of networking, system security, and SaaS application management.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.Deep expertise in Apple ecosystem management (macOS, iOS, ABM, ADE, VPP).Benefits
