Job Description

Provide operational and administrative support to the Financial Institutions team. Assist with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes. Perform due diligence and research on financial institutions and market trends. Coordinate communication and documentation between internal teams and external partners. Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the team.

The Successful Applicant

Fluent in Chinese and English. Prior experience in a client facing team covering Financial Institutions or Corporate Banking. In-depth knowledge of credit analysis and regular banking products (revolver, term loan, deposit etc.). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
