Merchandising Coordinator

Merchandising Coordinator – Men’s

Compensation Range : $60,000-$70,000

Responsibilities

• Assist in the partnership between merchandising and design to build a balanced line based on empirical data and sales analyses, as well as trend and brand awareness
• Assist in the creation and implementation of seasonal line plans by delivery and style / SKU to achieve business strategies
• Assist in the analysis of price tiers and pricing architecture to guide Design in developing the men’s line; tracking wholesale and retail price points based on margin targets and perceived price value
• Track and monitor key items and growth opportunities by category and style
• Support the Men’s Merchandising team daily and in preparing for key meetings by gathering data, building presentations, and other administrative tasks assigned
• Communicate cross-functionally with Design, Sales, Product Development, and Production teams to ensure cohesive processes
• Shop the market to be aware of trends, competitive price positioning, and market share
• Assist in creating and maintaining weekly / monthly cross-functional reporting tools
• Manage and track the flow of samples
