Customer Service Representative
Meredith's Culligan Water is seeking an individual experienced in customer relations. The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs. To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Schedule service and delivery orders via phone, emails, text, and in person
- Quick problem solving skills to help customers with unique needs
- Strong attention to detail, this is a dynamic role
- Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers
- Coordinate schedules with the service / operations team
- Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
