Overview
HR Generalist 4 / Employee Relations at the Fulton County Board of Health. This is a workforce grant position with Pay Grade M. The role is located in the Human Resources Division and involves supporting the organization's health and safety mission.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform high-level human resources functions under limited supervision, including talent management, compensation, employee benefits, training and development, compliance, workplace safety, and employee relations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies consistent with agency objectives.
- Compile and analyze data or information to produce reports, documents, and outcomes related to personnel issues.
- Conduct research on various personnel matters, compiling data and citing sources.
- Coordinate and conduct training on HR program-related topics and issues.
- Develop or assist in reviewing, developing, and implementing personnel policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma / GED and 6 years of professional human resource experience; or 1 year of experience at the HR Generalist 3 level (HRP012) or equivalent.Knowledge of HR principles and practices, with the ability to synthesize data and apply organizational theories.Eligibility for a criminal background check, fingerprinting, and reference checks.Equal Opportunity Statement
