Marketing Director

Kem Krest is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Director to lead development and execution of marketing strategies to drive successful commercialization of services and solutions in the market and that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The Marketing Director deeply understands the intersection of the market opportunities and needs and Kem Krest's core competencies to support the expanding business and margin across current and new verticals. This role leads the strategy and execution of lead generation, optimization of HubSpot for B2B marketing communication, creative and branding, external communications, promotion and tradeshow management to our customer in support of driving revenue generation and market expansion.
Responsibilities include :
- Develop and refine marketing strategies by aligning market insights, customer needs, and business capabilities to drive sales, revenue, and margin growth.
- Enable sales expansion through clear service positioning, differentiated messaging, and creation of branded materials, continuously optimized based on performance and customer feedback.
- Lead the implementation and full utilization of HubSpot across marketing and sales teams.
- Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns using digital, social, and event channels to boost service awareness, customer loyalty, and sales growthleveraging customer insights and OEM program automation for differentiation.
- Develop impactful messaging and toolkits by partnering with sales and after-sales teams to deliver customized, value-added assets that support market expansion and brand positioning.
- Boost brand visibility and recognition in current and new markets through targeted external communications, strategic customer segmentation, and industry engagement.
- Strengthen lead generation and strategic decisions by refining brand positioning and using data-driven insights to guide marketing efforts.
- Design and launch targeted marketing initiatives to support new services and verticals by aligning market needs with Kem Krest's capabilities and leveraging automation for personalized outreach.
- Define and communicate service differentiation through strategic messaging and positioning to drive innovation awareness and market expansion.
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team by hiring, engaging, and upskilling talent to drive innovation and enable business growth.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and alignment with sales and customer insights to ensure marketing strategies are customer-centered and results-driven.
Your contributions :
Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, with Marketing leadership and digital marketing experience and a strong emphasis on B2B strategy and execution.Proven track record of leading HubSpot implementations and driving measurable outcomes through marketing automation, CRM integration, and campaign optimization.Strong track record of conducting successful marketing strategies, campaigns, brand management, external communications that enables business and customer expansion, margin growth and sales growth.Exceptional analytical skills; ability to glean and synthesize insights from disparate sources and combine to inform critical business, marketing and sales strategies and decisions and influence cross-functional partners.Creative branding and material creation and oversight. Experience with design and implementation of company branding, graphically appealing material creation across, print, media and sales tools to reinforce brand and differentiate us in the market.Experience leading, developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, web, social, paid media) that support sales enablement and customer lifecycle management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize performance across digital channels.Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.Excellent project management and communication skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, remote environment with cross-functional peer partners.Experience with content strategy, SEO / SEM, and digital advertising platforms is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) preferred.Why Kem Krest?
