Salary :
As a Marketing Business Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between Spotlights marketing team and various internal business units, acting as a liaison to identify marketing needs, coordinate campaign execution, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives by collaborating with different stakeholders to develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to specific business needs. Specifically, you will be responsible for :
- Relationship Building : Establishing strong relationships with key business partners across departments to understand their marketing requirements and priorities.
- Marketing Strategy Development : Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing plans aligned with business unit goals, including identifying key audiences, messaging, and channels.
- Campaign Coordination : Managing the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (with a particular emphasis on email) including coordinating across internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Content Creation Support : Assisting in developing marketing materials such as company overviews, case studies, and sales enablement tools tailored to specific business needs.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis : Monitoring campaign performance using relevant metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Communication Management : Acting as a communication hub between the marketing team and business partners, ensuring clear updates on campaign progress and addressing any concerns.
- Project Management : Overseeing the project timeline, and deliverables for marketing initiatives aligned with business unit goals.
Required Skills :
Strong Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively convey marketing strategies and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Business Acumen : Understanding of business operations, sales cycles, and key performance indicators to align marketing efforts with business objectives.Marketing Knowledge : Familiarity with various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.Project Management Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and track progress on multiple marketing projects simultaneously.Collaboration Skills : Building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.Desired Skills & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing or related field and 1-2 years of relevant work experience in marketing.An upbeat, fun, and engaging attitude.Excellent communication skills and style, and ability to work with different audiences.Ability to coordinate different deadlines across campaigns.Works well and collaborates with teammates.Anticipated start date is October 2025.
