Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair heating and cooling equipment.
- Perform maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.
- Analyze system for safety and efficiency.
- Offer various solutions to heating, cooling, indoor air quality issues for residential and clients.
- Communicate with customers regarding options and costs, obtaining approval for repairs / replacements.
- Document services, explaining guarantees / warranties, collecting payment, and delivering payment to the office.
- Promote service Memberships.
- Additional duties as assigned.
