Overview
We are seeking a strategic, people-centric, and result-driven HR Manager to serve as an HR partner to the local management team at specified site(s) within Materials Science Solutions, a platform of IDEX Corporation. This role is responsible for aligning human capital strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a culture of trust, teamwork, and excellence. The HR Manager will also lead and develop a high-performing HR team, ensuring operational excellence and strategic impact. The ideal candidate will be a proactive advisor, skilled at workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership. The HR Manager will report directly to the Director, Global Human Resources and will be a member of the site(s) leadership team.

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $121,000.00 - $181,600.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for a performance-based bonus plan.
