Senior Employment Law Associate – Requirements and Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar license5–10 years of civil litigation experience , including wage and hour, class action, or PAGA mattersProven success handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice in complex casesExceptional legal writing and research skills with experience drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefsAbility to manage multiple cases with precision and meet strict deadlinesStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workPreferred Background and Skills
Prior experience with plaintiff-side employment litigation (defense-to-plaintiff transitions welcome)Deep understanding of California wage and hour laws and class action proceduresEntrepreneurial, proactive, and collaborative mindsetPassion for employee advocacy and complex civil litigation
