Job Description

The Real Estate & Business Development Manager is to assist the Real Estate & Business Development Department in its responsibility to provide the various real estate and business development services required to meet the expansion and strategic growth goals of the company.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• College degree in real estate, or related field, with at least three to five years' experience in corporate real estate and business development is preferable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team and be a positive force for the brand.
• Must be prepared and excited for occasional travel to publicity events, Castle openings, or other brand engagement opportunities.
• Knowledge in real estate contracts, licensing agreements and leases.
• Working knowledge of the art of negotiating, real estate practices, real estate financing, basic principles of law, basic marketing practices, and the ownership and managerial / operational structure of alternate-nontraditional food operation such as those connected with virtual kitchens and other high traffic / captive venues.
