The Title Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the vision and values of the organization in title management by processing truck and equipment deals and preparing legal transfer documents for the DMV and title services. This role also includes serving as a regularly scheduled Receptionist, which entails receiving callers and visitors, providing information, directing them to their destinations, and performing clerical work.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Title Manager in leading the title function in strategic planning, fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing resources.
- Aid in developing an annual title plan and strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Ensure all title communications support title plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all title systems.
- Prepare title materials by collecting, reviewing information, and inputting, editing, retrieving, and copying data, text, and graphics.
- Post vehicle sales and purchases and report new truck warranties to manufacturers.
- Register extended service policy contracts.
- Develop strong relationships with service providers.
- Maintain a library of title literature, graphics, and materials.
- Stay informed about industry knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and networking.
- Occasionally travel to other locations.
Minimum Qualifications
Title processing experience from a dealership or corporation requiredIn-depth knowledge of applicable title practices and laws.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to conduct and direct research into title issues and products.High skill level in computer operation, including word processing, database, and spreadsheet software.Familiarity with modern office equipment such as copiers, phones, and fax machines.Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
