Position Summary :

We are seeking an exceptional leader to head the Assembly Department Team at Lahlouh's Burlingame, CA facility. This role requires proactive leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance operational and managerial responsibilities. You will provide guidance and oversight to ensure processes align with company SOPs, quality standards, and production schedules. A hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and a positive, can-do attitude are essential. The Assembly Department has a $5M P / L.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Team Management and Development :

• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, ensuring they are prepared to take on responsibilities without being overwhelmed.
• Map out clear roles and responsibilities to support efficient assembly operations.
• Develop and manage Lead Operators to perform key tasks such as job setups, first article approvals, material requisitions, and process documentation.
• Coach, evaluate, and support team members to ensure alignment with departmental goals and operational needs.
