A growing and respected insurance agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to lead a high-performing team and manage a portfolio of valued business clients. This is a key leadership opportunity focused on service, growth, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do :

Oversee and manage a select book of Commercial Lines clients.

Lead day-to-day department operations and support agency goals.

Mentor, train, and evaluate team members to build a strong, effective team.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.

Optimize workflows and drive efficiency using insurance management systems.

What You Bring :

5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance.

Active Property & Casualty insurance license .

Proven leadership and team development experience.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working with insurance systems and productivity tools.
