Total Sales Support (TSS) is a growing brokerage representing suppliers across Walmart (Stores, Walmart.com, DSV, Marketplace) and Amazon . We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to help manage supplier relationships, drive growth, and position the business for long-term success.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll represent suppliers with two of the world’s biggest retailers. You’ll manage the day-to-day details that keep accounts running smoothly while also building strong relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving profitability.
What you’ll do :
- Manage and represent supplier accounts across Walmart and Amazon , including Stores, Online, DSV, and Marketplace.
- Handle day-to-day execution : item setup, reporting, supply chain coordination, promotional planning, and content optimization.
- Build and maintain strong merchant and vendor manager relationships that lead to growth.
- Identify competitive threats and partner with suppliers to create proactive strategies.
- Connect granular inputs (supply chain, pricing, inventory, content) to overall P&L performance.
- Prioritize initiatives that deliver the biggest impact to supplier growth and profitability.
Preferred Qualifications :
3+ years in retail account management, preferably with Walmart, Amazon, or another major retailer.Direct experience working at a retailer (merchant, replenishment, vendor manager) or managing a P&L for a supplier / brokerage.Familiarity with Walmart and / or Amazon systems and processes.Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.Curiosity, grit, and the ability to dig deep to uncover opportunities.
