The mission of the Lone Wolf program is to support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network - Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES) which is a DoD-provided, TS / SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff. Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Customer Project Manager include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Lead large-scale or complex project segments, including cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Analyze new and complex project-related challenges and develop innovative solutions in areas such as finance, scheduling, technology, and methodologies.
• Provide systems analysis, customer coordination, and liaison support for troubleshooting site outages and maintenance requests for government sites, facilities, or distributed locations.
• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and project-related coordination.
• Track project performance and implement process improvements where needed.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and executive-level briefings.

Requirements

Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or the ability to acquire Top Secret / SCI

10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a customer-facing or government-related role.

Proven experience managing large-scale or complex projects, preferably in government or regulated environments.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, etc.).

Ability to analyze complex technical and operational problems and deliver effective, innovative solutions.

Experience with IT support planning and IT systems (i.e. Routers, Switches, TACLANEs).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Familiarity with IT Service Management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Remedy)

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to work a 40-hour work week, normally Monday through Friday.

Ability to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last-minute requests for overtime if needed.

Ability to travel (5-10%) primarily within 75 miles.

Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Project and Visio.

Exceptional attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong critical thinking, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Clearance Required : Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or TS with the ability to acquire SCI.

Minimum Education : High School Diploma.

Minimum Years of Experience : 10 years of relevant experience.

Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification. Experience with federal acquisition and contracting processes. Knowledge of ITIL, CMMI, or similar IT process frameworks. Background in enterprise-level system modernization or digital transformation projects.
