We're seeking a Wholesale Office Manager to spearhead customer service, B2B order management, shipping, accounts payable, billing, and more in our vibrant workplace.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage all customer interactions, including B2B orders and inquiries.

Organize and track purchase orders from our valued stockists.

Assist in warehouse operations, including pulling and organizing items.

Cultivate positive relationships with clients and resolve any issues promptly.

Support CEO, account managers, and inventory specialists in daily operations.

Maintain meticulous records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Upsell & make commission on origination sales.

Problem solving and creating strategies in real time for a variety of potential issues.

Requirements :

MUST BE IN LOS ANGELES - IN PERSON ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS

Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.

Ability to work efficiently and think strategically under pressure.

Stellar customer service attitude with a knack for problem-solving.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite. (Not required, can teach)

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to lift and move boxes when needed.
