Role Description

Remote Sales Recruiter position on a team can be remote anywhere in the USA specifically recruiting Financial Advisors. This role is performance based, 1099, cold call recruiting, training provided on a team basis for transition consulting and recruiting wealth management professionals. You will be compensated for hundreds of cold calls to source and screen potential Advisor candidates, whilst contributing to the TG team as support throughout the entire placement process. This can be an on-site role located in Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must
• Experience in phone sales, B2B relationship building, consulting and project management a must
• Knowledge of financial services wealth management firms and some insight of investment securities a plus
• Ability to provide business development support to clients, candidates, and provide training to team members
