In this role, youll lead and motivate a sales team, set and track performance goals, assist with client acquisition and retention, and personally sell and cross-sell multiple products including auto, home, renters, life, and business insurance.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a bilingual (English / Spanish) sales team in assisting customers

Oversee and participate in providing quotes, processing policy changes, and resolving billing inquiries

Drive sales by selling and cross-selling auto, home, renters, life, and commercial insurance

Assign and follow up on company-provided leads, coaching the team to close sales effectively

Ensure all client interactions are accurately documented in the CRM system

Monitor, coach, and inspire the team to meet and exceed monthly sales and service goals

Requirements

Bilingual Spanish / English required

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal abilities

Management, sales leadership, or call center supervisory experience preferred (not required)

Ability to train, motivate, and hold team members accountable to proven sales processes

Property & Casualty license a plus we offer paid licensing support

Base pay $17 / hr plus commission and bonuses, with top performers averaging $25$35+ / hr
