Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage the compensation program, including merit processes and job evaluations

Develop and update compensation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements

Prepare reports and analytics on compensation trends for management review

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

8 - 10 years of related work experience

1-3 years of experience managing a specialized program

Experience with job classification, compensation, and market pay matching

Proficiency with Salary.Com, CompAnalyst, and JobArchitect
