Overview
AET Federal is seeking multiple training specialists to assist with IT Service / Help Desk and Call Centers. The ideal candidate will be able to work onsite in Suitland, Maryland and come with a minimum of 3 years of help desk or technical experience in customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote-side support for mobile devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to equipment
- Visit the user's desktop or printer for hands-on support for various types of computer repairs, troubleshooting and hardware / software maintenance
- Have overall knowledge of mobile help desk tools and software
- Provide excellent customer service and care for all tickets and client inquiries
- Develop training guides and documentation such as user guides and tip sheets
Requirements
