A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support HR functions and enhance employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Consults with organizational leaders and employees on various HR-related subjects
Leads a team of HR employees to support specific business areas
Manages day-to-day HR processes and ensures compliance with applicable laws and policies
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role
Working knowledge of Human Resources concepts and practices
Experience with HRIS software and advanced computer skills
Understanding of relevant HR policies and legal compliance
Ability to manage employee relations and provide HR advisory services
