Position

We are currently seeking a Performance Marketer to join our Madison, WI based team! The Performance Marketer needs to be an expert in paid digital media (specifically Google Adwords) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of analytics and passion for leveraging data insights to drive action.

Main Responsibilities

• Assisting in driving customer acquisition and managing paid search and social campaigns across a variety of paid digital media
• Assists in the setup and management of performance marketing campaigns across paid search and paid social channels including strategizing, daily executions, and optimization
• Establish organic social media best practices and partner with creative team members to drive organic KPI's
• Proactively identify opportunities for performance media strategies to inform and facilitate acquisitions growth, including but not limited to : display media, social community growth, abandon cart + retention strategies, brand launches, capabilities enhancements, and improved customer experience
