We are seeking a dynamic and personable Office Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth operational flow within the office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff and management.
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills & Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Ability to maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team environment.Benefits
