Job Title : Customer Service Account Manager

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Job Summary :
Allied National Services is seeking a dependable, upbeat, and assertive Customer Service Account Manager to join our team at our corporate office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of customer satisfaction and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Account Manager will be responsible for coordinating vendor services and managing customer requests to ensure services meet both client expectations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor and ensure daily attendance of employees
Schedule special services and confirm completion (pre- and post-service) via phone
Respond promptly to customer emails and phone calls
Maintain and update records in CRM software
Follow up on equipment repair requests
Manage and resolve service-related issues with customers and vendors
Process contractor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Source, vet, and onboard new contractors and employees
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or client relations role in an office setting
Consistent and stable work history (no frequent job changes)
Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills
Confident, assertive, and capable of making sound decisions based on business needs
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail with strong follow-up skills
Management experience preferred but not required
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
