Responsibilities

With the continued growth of our online business, outside sales, and retail locations, we created this role to process and manage the fulfillment of ecommerce orders and operations of our warehouse facility. Our warehouse location, commonly referred to as The Annex, will be the primary working location, but significant travel is also necessary, with provided company vehicles. This position will act as support to all warehouse functions, including, but not limited to, receiving, transferring, fulfillment, organizing, transporting, and cleaning.

Accountability : This role reports directly to the Footwear Buyer and VP of Business Operations.

Schedule : Full-Time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Support at outside events may be occasionally required. Hours are generally flexible, but some early mornings (7am) may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities :

• Fulfill and ship all ecommerce orders with complete accuracy on a daily basis
• Receive all shipments in a timely manner
• Organize and restock warehouse
• Process all ecommerce returns on a weekly basis
• Manage product transfers from stores, with direction from buyers
• Perform and lead cycle counts
• Provide help, when needed, on loading and unloading vehicles for events
• Help maintain a clean and safe stock room and receiving room
• Manage and purchase supplies for retail stores and warehouse
