Job Description

• Troubleshoot, install, and repair all aspects of Automatic, Robotic, and CNC machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair Automated Paint Lines, Setting Presses, Automated Welders, CNC Grinders, Robots, and other complex machinery.
• Duties may include :   supporting all aspects of equipment and machinery; including PLC programming and program modifications, programming of HMI’s and servo controllers.
• Jog, and reset Fanuc and Denso Robots.
• Teach / Touch up Robot positions to correct material handling paths.
• Plan and install primary and secondary controls, diagnose electrical / electronic problems, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective control modules, test units for proper function, and make final adjustments.
• Prepare wiring diagram to record changes.
• Make mechanical repairs as necessary. Some work and repairs require mechanical repairs, and all techs do this no matter of pay grade.
• Support the daily continuous improvement activities.
• Enter all work completed / in progress into SAP work order system.
• Any Other duties as deemed necessary to support production.
