A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist II with a focus on employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist and advise managers on employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and recommending terminations when necessary
Provide guidance to managers and associates on conduct, performance, attendance, and conflict resolution
Administer leave programs and manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Significant HR Generalist experience with a focus on employee relations
Proven experience in handling complex workplace complaints and conflict resolution
Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation regulations
Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
