JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Marketing Specialist with a strong digital marketing and project management focus to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing a variety of marketing projects. The successful candidate will support and execute digital campaigns including email marketing, social media advertising, and marketing analytical performance analysis, while also providing assistance in day-to-day project management across broader marketing initiatives and constantly pushing the boundaries of marketing and helping us reach new heights in the veterinary industry.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, executing, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, paid social media advertising, and other online channels to drive engagement and conversions.

Manage projects with internal teams and external partners to keep marketing initiatives on track, meeting deadlines, and budgets.

Help in managing content scheduling and posting for organic and paid social media activities across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Support email marketing initiatives : build and segment lists, create campaign flows, schedule sends, and track performance metrics.

Assist with website updates and content management, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and search optimization best practices.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts.

Help develop and maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and documentation to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Support general marketing activities such as event promotion, collateral creation, or local community outreach as needed.

Stay up to date on industry trends, recommending new ideas to keep our digital marketing fresh and competitive.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent hands-on marketing experience (24 years).

Proven experience executing digital marketing activities such as email marketing, social media campaigns, or online advertising.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite) and basic analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A self-starter who is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
