Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education, active DHH teaching certification, and 1+ years Teacher of the Deaf / Hard of Hearing experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time DHH Consultation Specialist position is available for the school year, starting immediately. This onsite role involves providing consultation services for one female student who is Deaf or Hard of Hearing. The primary focus is conducting initial and re-evaluation assessments to identify and address the students unique needs. Collaboration with educators and staff is essential to develop and implement effective educational strategies that promote an inclusive learning environment.
