Job Title : Assembly and Test Technician

Location : Torrance, CA 90501

Contract : 12 Month Contract

Citizenship Requirement : US Citizenship - Green Card holder

Pay : $32.40 / hour on W2!

Shift : Training on 1st shift for 6 months and then move to second shift where there will be a 10% shift differential. 1st shift 6am -2 : 30pm | 2nd shift 2pm-10 : 30pm

Summary

Key Responsibilities

Perform precision assembly on complex production and repair actuators.

Adjust or align parts using shims and other mechanical adjustments as specified in blueprints or other specifications.

Utilize mechanical measuring tools such as dial indicators, calipers, and other indicators to ensure assembly meets build requirements.

Maintain dimensional accuracy using torque wrenches, fixtures, tooling, gages, and other measuring devices.

Work from both written and verbal assembly instructions.

Required Technical Skills

Experience with precision assembly in aerospace, automotive, or related industries.

Proficient in using mechanical measuring equipment (e.g., dial indicators, calipers).

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.

Familiarity with torque wrenches, fixtures, and other assembly tools.
