About The Role :

We are seeking an individual to lead our low-voltage division, who will be responsible for expanding our division through technical sales knowledge, project management, client and staff development, and follow-through. This individual will oversee quality control, complete commissioning checklists, review redline CAD documentation for as-built drawing, problem diagnosis, and cross-departmental collaboration. Must have previous experience in all aspects such as data / AV, security, card access, fiber optic cabling and terminations, PA systems, fire and suppression, paging nurse call,

What Youll Bring :

RCDD Certification (required)

Power Limited License

DAS Certification

NICET Certification

Project Management software experience (Procore preferred)

Proficiency in CAD

Valid MN Drivers License

Abilities :

Naturally connect with people, earn trust quickly, and maintain long-term client relationships

Be persistent in prospecting and following up to drive new business

Listen to customer needs and design solutions that resolve real problems while aligning with their budget

Work effectively with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction

Education / Experience :

Salary Range :

Compensation is $100-125,000 per year plus bonus opportunities
