Were seeking an experienced Intake Specialist with strong sales skills to join our team. This role is the first impression of our firm the voice that guides families through one of the most important decisions theyll make. Youll turn inquiries into lasting client relationships through empathy, professionalism, and persuasive communication. Responsibilities : Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and empathy. Conduct detailed intake consultations to understand client needs and determine case fit. Explain the firms probate, estate planning, and litigation services confidently and clearly. Follow up daily with potential clients who have not yet signed or paid to ensure timely conversion. Guide clients through the onboarding process, from consultation to engagement. Maintain accurate client notes and activity tracking in PracticePanther, Pipedrive, and Microsoft 365. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and leadership to ensure a seamless client experience. Meet or exceed weekly goals for conversion rates, response times, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications : 2+ years of proven sales or client intake experience (law firm, real estate, insurance, or medical preferred). Strong communication and persuasive skills, confident, clear, and caring. Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up habits. Comfortable using CRM tools, VOIP phone systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and passion for helping people in times of need.
