Job Description :

TheTechnical Product Owner will be responsible for successfullydelivering and managing products and solutions built on theMicrosoft Power Platform including Power BI Power Apps PowerAutomate and Power Virtual Agents.

This role requires a blend oftechnical expertise strategic vision and strong Agile experience todrive product development and ensure alignment with businessgoals.

Define andcommunicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned withbusiness objectives.

Develop and maintain the product roadmap ensuring itreflects stakeholder priorities and business value.

Lead the Agile productdevelopment process including sprint planning backlog grooming andsprint reviews.

Workclosely with Scrum Masters Architects developers and QA teams toensure timely and highquality delivery of features.

Provide technical guidance andsupport for the development of solutions using Microsoft PowerPlatform (Power BI Power Apps Power Automate Power VirtualAgents).

Ensuresolutions are designed for scalability security and maintainabilityfollowing best practices.

Prioritize the product backlog based on business valuestakeholder input and technical feasibility.

Write clear and detailed userstories acceptance criteria and technical requirements.

Oversee the quality assuranceprocess to ensure products meet functional and nonfunctionalrequirements.

Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and incorporatefeedback into the product development cycle.

Plan and manage the deployment ofnew features and updates.

Develop training materials and support documentation forendusers and support teams.

Monitor product performance and user feedback toidentify areas for improvement.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements inMicrosoft Power Platform to drive innovation.

Education :

Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceInformation Technology Business or a related field. Masters degreeis a plus.

Experience :

Overall 12 years of industry experience andat least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner Technical ProductManager or similar role.

Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI Power Apps Power Automate Power Virtual Agents).

Strong experience in Agilemethodologies and leading Agile teams. Skills

Excellent understanding ofsoftware development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (ScrumKanban).

Strongtechnical background with the ability to understand and discussarchitectural concepts tradeoffs and new opportunities.

Exceptional communicationpresentation and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in afastpaced environment. Certifications :

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) orequivalent Agile certification is preferred.

Microsoft certifications such asMicrosoft Certified : Power Platform Functional Consultant AssociateMicrosoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate or similarare advantageous.
