JobDescription :

The Technical Product Owner will be responsible forsuccessfully delivering and managing products and solutions builton the Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI Power Apps PowerAutomate and Power Virtual Agents.

This role requires a blend oftechnical expertise strategic vision and strong Agile experience todrive product development and ensure alignment with business goals.

Define andcommunicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned withbusiness objectives.

Develop and maintain the product roadmap ensuring itreflects stakeholder priorities and business value.

Lead the Agile productdevelopment process including sprint planning backlog grooming andsprint reviews.

Workclosely with Scrum Masters Architects developers and QA teams toensure timely and highquality delivery of features.

Provide technical guidance andsupport for the development of solutions using Microsoft PowerPlatform (Power BI Power Apps Power Automate Power Virtual Agents).

Ensure solutions aredesigned for scalability security and maintainability followingbest practices.

Prioritize the product backlog based on business valuestakeholder input and technical feasibility.

Write clear and detailed userstories acceptance criteria and technical requirements.

Oversee the qualityassurance process to ensure products meet functional andnonfunctional requirements.

Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and incorporatefeedback into the product development cycle.

Plan and manage the deployment ofnew features and updates.

Develop training materials and support documentation forendusers and support teams.

Monitor product performance and user feedback toidentify areas for improvement.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements inMicrosoft Power Platform to drive innovation.

Education :

Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or arelated field. Masters degree is a plus.

Experience :

Overall 12 years of industryexperience and at least 5 years of experience as a Product OwnerTechnical Product Manager or similar role.

Proven experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform (Power BI Power Apps Power Automate Power Virtual Agents).

Strong experience inAgile methodologies and leading Agile teams. Skills

Excellent understanding ofsoftware development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (ScrumKanban).

Strongtechnical background with the ability to understand and discussarchitectural concepts tradeoffs and new opportunities.

Exceptionalcommunication presentation and interpersonal skills. Stronganalytical and problemsolving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities andprojects in a fastpaced environment. Certifications :

Certified Scrum Product Owner(CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.

Microsoft certifications such asMicrosoft Certified : Power Platform Functional Consultant AssociateMicrosoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate or similarare advantageous.
