The Enterprise Account Manager is dedicated to the development and management of accounts within the Artistree B2B Sales Division.
This position will manage the day-to-day activities of the current Enterprise Accounts. The role closely mirrors the strategies of the division leader and the sales growth demanded by the organization and will work closely with the manufacturing and support functions of the team.
The Enterprise Account Manager role is client-facing, with the main purpose of uncovering sales opportunities to align Artistree strategically and formally with the client, whether at a framework or contractual level.
The manager will present all available lines of business to the client and sell wide and deep wherever possible, engaging vertically and horizontally to ensure that all lines of business are connected across relevant company or divisional contacts.

The Enterprise Account Manager will effectively contribute to the team by developing processes, tools, and resources to align with our strategic and financial goals.
Major Activities
- Manage the Enterprise sales channel and processes within the organization, including calls to existing or prospective accounts.
- Grow the business within the channel.
- Develop the sales pipeline and leads by utilizing networking, cold calls, and the store infrastructure for the assigned account portfolio.
- Work closely with the Division Leader.
- Develop a close working relationship with assigned and new sales accounts.
- Manage and drive the overall health of the accounts over established forecasts and plans.
- Help prioritize order needs to ensure on-time deliveries and exceed account expectations.
- Present strategy to clients to grow the business.
- In the area of NEW business, work closely with the buying account group, manufacturing team, finance partners, and customer service to ensure all accounts are set up properly and all required paperwork and quotes are delivered on time and accurately.
- Participate in the trade show process from start to finish, including product selection, supporting materials, working the show, and initiating follow-up processes.
- Direct the sales group on their responsibilities and assist them with setting up post-show appointments.
Minimum Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Minimum Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum Special Certifications or Technical Skills : Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Sales / Finance account software.
- Minimum Type of Experience : 5+ years of sales or industry experience.
- Other : Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workload; excellent office and organizational skills with attention to detail;
ability to be a self-starter and work without supervision; good problem-solving skills; travel 15-30%.
