The Opportunity :
We are actively recruiting a full-time (1.0 fte) Advanced Practitioner Float to assist with primary care access at our Wisconsin & Illinois clinic locations (WI : Monroe, New Glarus, Brodhead, Albany;
and IL : Freeport, Lena, & Durand).
New graduate nurse practitioners & physician assistants are welcome to apply, and will be provided with a best-in-class onboarding experience & professionally supported by a dynamic team of physicians & advanced practitioners.
